Description of the Assignment

Building on the proposal in assignment 1, the aim of this assignment is for students to develop a strategic plan for a healthcare organization, considering the strategic management process, external environmental factors, competitor analysis, and SWOT analysis.

Instructions:

• Select a healthcare organization (e.g., a hospital, clinic, or health department) for which you will develop a strategic plan.

Analyze the organization’s external environment, including external factors and competitor analysis
